In all cases where school funds are utilized for programs under this subchapter, the State Board of Education shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, published, and distributed, adequate and appropriate manuals and other materials as it may deem necessary or suitable to carry out the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1941, No. 291, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3604.
