Section 14-16-207 - Use of school facilities

(a) The facilities of any school district operating a recreation program pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be used primarily for the purpose of conducting the regular school curriculum and related activities, and the use of school facilities for recreation purposes authorized by this subchapter shall be secondary.(b) In all cases where school property is utilized for programs under this subchapter, the State Board of Education shall prepare or cause to be prepared, published, and distributed adequate and appropriate manuals and other materials as it may deem necessary or suitable to carry out the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1941, No. 291, §§ 4, 5; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 19-3604, 19-3605.
