The quorum court may provide penalties for the violation of an ordinance enacted under this subchapter to include a fine to be levied:(1) For the failure of a disposal hauler to follow the designated local road truck route; and(2) Against a disposal operator who fails to comply with § 14-16-806(b).Acts 2009, No. 810, § 1.
