Section 14-24-106 - Loss of certificates

When any person shall produce proof, to the satisfaction of the county court, that he or she has lost any one (1) or more county certificates or scrip of any certain amount owned by him or her and that it has not been paid over on settlement with the county treasury, it shall be the duty of the county court to order other certificates to be issued to the owner.Acts 1836, § 2, p. 94; C. & M.
