Section 14-27-103 - Meetings - Notice

(a) A county intergovernmental cooperation council shall meet at least one (1) time annually.(b) Meetings of the council shall be open to the public and held in a public meeting room.(c) Meetings of the council shall be at the call of the chair unless a majority of the council's membership petition for a meeting to be held.(d) The secretary of the council shall notify the public and the press of council meetings at least three (3) days before the meetings.Amended by Act 2019, No. 291,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1987, No. 510, § 3; 2001, No. 784, § 1.
