Section 14-334-105 - System authorized

Each authority is authorized and empowered to acquire, own, equip, construct, lease, maintain, license, and regulate public and private public transportation and otherwise maintain a public transit system so located and operated to best serve the region in which it is located.Acts 1981, No. 424, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-2205.
