(a) Any county owning and operating an airport may, by appropriate action of the county court, create a commission for the purpose of operating and managing the airport and its related properties and facilities.(b) The county court of any county desiring to avail itself of the benefits of this chapter shall enter an order creating an airport commission to be composed of seven (7) citizens who are qualified electors of the county.Acts 1965, No. 384, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 74-701, 74-702.
