Section 14-357-103 - Removal of commissioners

Any commissioner appointed under the provisions of this chapter may be removed only for cause by the county court after a hearing in which the commissioner proposed to be removed is given reasonable notice and an opportunity to appear.Acts 1965, No. 384, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-704.
