(a)(1) The commissioners shall keep a record of all revenues and expenditures of the airport and its related properties and facilities. They shall prepare and file an annual report of the financial affairs and conditions of the airport and its related properties and facilities.(2) The report shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the county court and shall be subject to inspection by any interested person.(b) The commissioners shall also furnish such other and further reports, data, and information as shall be requested by the county court.Acts 1965, No. 384, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-708.
