The councils of municipal corporations shall provide, by ordinances, for a joint airport commission for the control and administration of joint airports or flying fields with such powers, including the fixing of proper charges for their use and the expenditure of the revenues therefrom, and to be composed of such numbers of members representing each municipal corporation, as the ordinances may provide.Acts 1939, No. 80, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-207.
