The airport commission is authorized and empowered to operate the buildings, structures, or other improvements, after the completion thereof, including, without limiting the generality of this grant, the execution of lease agreements covering the leasing of space therein in such form, for such terms, with such provisions, for such amounts, and with such parties including, but not limited to, governmental agencies and private businesses of any nature, whether or not they are essential to, connected with, or incidental to the operation of the airport and airport facilities, as the commission shall determine.Acts 1959, No. 175, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-521.
