Section 14-363-203 - Penalties and enforcement

(a) Penalties of fines and imprisonment for violations of any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated or made pursuant to this subchapter may be prescribed in any airport zoning regulations that may be promulgated under authority of this subchapter.(b) In addition, any city, or board, commission, or agency thereof, authorized to administer and enforce zoning regulations promulgated pursuant to this subchapter may institute, in any court of competent jurisdiction, an appropriate action or proceeding to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any violation of zoning regulations, or any order or ruling made in connection with their administration or enforcement. The court shall adjudge then to the plaintiff such relief, by way of injunction, which may be mandatory or otherwise, as may be proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case, in order fully to carry out and effectuate the purposes of this subchapter and of the regulations adopted and orders and rulings made pursuant to authority given in this section.Acts 1941, No. 116, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-307.
