Section 14-387-502 - Effect of exemption

(a) The livestock mentioned in § 14-387-501 shall be kept under such control and restraint as to prevent them from running at large in any other township in the county which has not been exempted as provided for in this subchapter.(b) The owners or keepers of all such livestock as may be found running at large in any township not so exempted shall be subject to all the provisions of the act then in force in the county.Acts 1949, No. 204, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-1431.
