Section 14-387-602 - Appointment

The county judges of the respective counties, upon written petition signed by fifteen percent (15%) of the voters of the townships, are authorized and empowered to designate and appoint some competent person as stock marshal in any such townships within the county which have voted to restrain the running at large of livestock in them as provided in § 14-387-301 et seq.Acts 1953, No. 394, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-1432.
