Section 14-44-110 - Residency of appointed marshals

Cities of the second class shall have the authority to require their appointed marshals to reside within their corporate limits, and they shall have the authority to permit their appointed marshals to reside outside their corporate limits.Acts 1979, No. 10, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1103.4.
