Section 14-47-136 - Bond of officers and employees

All officers and employees of a city reorganized under this chapter with the exception of the city manager, whose bond requirement is controlled by § 14-47-119, shall be required to make bond in such amount, on such form, and with such security as may meet the approval of the board of directors.Acts 1957, No. 8, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-729.
