Section 14-49-302 - Temporary employees

The mayor of the city shall have authority to employ and discharge common laborers for work that is temporary. He or she shall have the authority to employ accountants and auditors for the purpose of auditing the city's books, or the books of the departments thereof, and special attorneys.Acts 1937, No. 322, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1301.
