Section 14-50-305 - Departmental regulations

All employees covered by a civil service system established or continued under the provisions of this chapter shall be governed by the regulations set out by the heads of their respective departments and approved by the city council or other governing body of the city in their respective municipalities.Acts 1963, No. 221, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1424.
