(a) The secretary of the civil service commission shall file with the treasurer or disbursing officer of his or her city a certificate of those entitled to compensation from the city under this chapter.(b) No compensation shall be allowed to any member of the system of the affected cities unless his or her name shall be so certified by the secretary.Acts 1963, No. 221, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1429.
