Section 14-52-103 - City marshal option

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the governing body of any incorporated town or city of the second class may establish by ordinance either a police department or a city marshal's office.Acts 1981, No. 864, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1701.2.
