Section 14-52-108 - Monthly payroll incentives

All cities of the first class, cities of the second class, and incorporated towns may establish monthly payroll incentives for police officers in their employ based upon professional certificates of training conferred upon the officer by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training or equivalent certificates acquired from another state.Acts 1991, No. 370, § 1.
