A violation of or disobedience of the injunction or order for abatement is punishable as contempt of court by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than one (1) month nor more than six (6) months, or both.Acts 1999, No. 1561, § 10.
