(a) Municipalities may exchange properties, real or personal, with the state and any political subdivision of the state.(b) An exchange under this section shall be approved by ordinance of the governing body of the municipality and shall be accomplished in accordance with procedures prescribed by the governing body.Amended by Act 2019, No. 575,§ 2, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1999, No. 1248, § 2.
