Section 14-54-401 - Authority to lease, etc

Each city of the first or second class and incorporated town shall have the authority to lease, let, sell, or convey any real property owned or controlled by the city or town for the production, reclamation, and refining of crude biogenic gases pursuant to competitive sealed bidding procedures under this subchapter.Acts 1983, No. 478, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2356.
