Section 14-55-205 - Recording and authentication

All bylaws or ordinances after their passage shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose and shall be authenticated by the signature of the presiding officer of the governing body and the clerk or recorder.Acts 1949, No. 36, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2404.
