Section 14-55-703 - Code prima facie evidence

In determining the content of any ordinance so codified, it shall not be necessary to go beyond the code. The code shall be admitted in evidence without further proof and shall be prima facie evidence in all courts of the existence and regular enactment of each particular ordinance contained therein.Acts 1961, No. 209, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2425.
