Following the adoption and filing of any plan, the planning commission may transmit to the legislative body, for enactment, recommended ordinances and regulations which will carry out or protect the various elements of the plan.Acts 1957, No. 186, § 5; 1965, No. 134, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2829.
