Section 14-56-502 - Authority generally

Any two (2) or more cities of the first class, cities of the second class, incorporated towns, or counties, or other civil subdivisions having adjoining planning jurisdictions, or any counties, and cities within or adjacent to the county, may jointly cooperate in the exercise and performance of planning powers, duties, and functions as provided by state law for cities and counties.Acts 1955, No. 26, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2820.
