Section 14-57-304 - Permit required

(a) No person, firm, corporation, or association shall engage in or carry on the business referred to in § 14-57-302 in cities of the first or second class without first procuring from the governing body of the municipality in which it is proposed to operate a permit so to do.(b) Governing bodies of these cities are authorized to grant or to refuse these permits.Acts 1939, No. 213, § 4; 1947, No. 392, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3515.
