Section 14-57-305 - Application for permit

Before granting any permit under § 14-57-304, the governing body shall require the seeker of the permit to file with it an application, verified by oath and setting forth the facts showing his qualification to render the service for which he seeks the permit, together with the facts which he considers justified, and require the rendering to the public of the service.Acts 1939, No. 213, § 5; 1947, No. 392, § 3; 1967, No. 238, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3516.
