Without reference to any other statute, this subchapter shall be deemed full authority for the issuance and sale of the bonds authorized by this subchapter. No petition or election or other or further proceedings in respect to the issuance or sale of bonds under this subchapter, and no publication of any resolution, ordinance, notice, or proceeding relating to such issuance or sale of such bonds shall be required except such as are prescribed by this subchapter, any provisions of other statutes of the state to the contrary notwithstanding.Acts 1951, No. 269, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3531.
