Section 14-60-105 - Municipalities over 70,000

Municipalities with populations over seventy thousand (70,000) citizens are specifically authorized to provide workers' compensation coverage for their officials and employees through either private carriers or by self-funding on either a statewide or an individual basis.Acts 1986 (2nd Ex.
