Section 14-61-102 - Applicability

This chapter shall apply to all cities of the first class that now have, or may hereafter adopt, the management form of government. For purposes of this chapter, the phrase 'city affected by this chapter' shall mean a city of the first class that adopts or utilizes the management form of government.Acts 1989, No. 907, § 2.
