Section 14-72-303 - Submission of question to electors - Special election

(a) If the county court decides that it would be advantageous to issue bonds under the authority of Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 17 [repealed], this section, and §§ 14-72-301, 14-72-302, and 14-72-304 - 14-72-307, it shall order the submission of the question to the qualified electors of the county at a special election to be held in accordance with § 7-11-201 et seq.(b) In all other respects, the special election shall be held as provided by law for the conducting of general elections.
