Section 14-72-501 - Application of subchapter - Successive refunding

(a) The power and authority granted by this subchapter may be exercised successively.(b) Any bonds which have once been refunded under this subchapter may thereafter, from time to time, be refunded.Acts 1945, No. 103, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-1233.
