Section 14-77-107 - Civil suit by prosecuting attorney

After conducting an investigation into the alleged violations, the appropriate prosecuting attorney or the Attorney General may file a civil suit in circuit court against the public officer or employee alleged to have violated the fiscal responsibility and management laws. Venue shall be in the county where the political subdivision is located.Acts 1991, No. 724, § 9.
