No officer, employee, or member of the legislative body of the issuer shall be personally liable for any obligations issued under the provisions of this chapter or for any damages sustained by any person in connection with any contracts entered into to carry out the purposes and intent of this chapter, unless the person acted with corrupt intent.Acts 2001, No. 1808, § 8.
