Section 14-78-110 - Construction

This chapter shall be construed liberally to effectuate the legislative intent and the purposes of this chapter as complete and independent authority for the performance of every act and thing authorized, and all powers granted under this chapter shall be broadly interpreted to effectuate the intent and purposes, and not as a limitation of powers.Acts 2001, No. 1808, § 10.
