As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, 'real property' means all property assessed for the improvement within the district including lands, town lots, railroads, tramroads, bridges, and any other real property.Acts 1921, No. 534, § 5; Pope's Dig., § 13892; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-1129.
