Section 14-86-1603 - Rights of purchaser

Upon the expiration of the period allowed for redemption from foreclosure sales, the purchaser shall have the right to the possession of the lands without accountability for rents or damages until the state exercises its paramount authority.Acts 1939, No. 126, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-1148.
