Section 14-86-2005 - Payment of expenses generally

(a) An itemized statement of the cost of an audit under this subchapter for each district shall be presented by the county judge to the commissioners of the district for which any audit has been made.(b) It is the duty of the commissioners to allow this claim and pay it in like manner as other expenses of the district are paid.Acts 1923, No. 605, § 5.
