Section 14-88-206 - New district to replace void district

When a void improvement district in a city or town has done or shall do the whole or any part of its work of improvement, a new district may be organized under the provisions of this subchapter or under any laws which may be passed for the organization of local improvement districts in cities and towns, for the purpose of paying for the improvement made or commenced by the void district.Acts 1929, No. 26, § 1; Pope's Dig., § 7280; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-133.
