Section 14-90-1001 - Precedence of cases

(a) For the purpose of taking every step in such suits as are referred to in this subchapter from the beginning to the end, the court shall be always open.(b) All cases brought under this act shall have precedence of all other cases pending in the court and shall be decided within thirty (30) days after service of publication.Acts 1881, No. 84, § 10, p. 161; C. & M.
