As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, 'levees and flood control projects' mean all sumps, drainage structures, and other works reasonably necessary or desirable for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a levee or flood control project.Acts 1947, No. 23, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-334.
