Section 14-91-901 - Authority to connect

All municipal sewer improvement districts shall have authority to permit lands outside the boundaries of the district to connect sewer lines serving the lands with the sewer lines and mains of the district and to make a charge for this privilege.Acts 1941, No. 53, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-332.
