Section 14-92-215 - Sale of unnecessary materials

The board of commissioners of a suburban improvement district may sell all unnecessary materials and implements that may be on hand and which may not be necessary for the completion of the improvement under way or which may have been completed.Acts 1941, No. 41, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-714.
