Section 14-92-501 - Applicability

Any municipality that has a population of twenty-five thousand (25,000) or more according to the last federal census shall be entitled to exercise the authority conferred by this subchapter.Acts 1959, No. 146, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-730.
