Section 14-94-102 - Legislative intent

It is the intent and purpose of this chapter to authorize the formation of improvement districts by the unanimous approval of the owners of real property located in the territory to be included in the district.Acts 1987, No. 113, § 1; 1993, No. 819, § 1; 1999, No. 475, § 3.
