Section 14-95-102 - Urban service districts generally

Urban service districts may be established, operated, combined, enlarged, reduced, or abolished, subject to the provisions of this chapter, by ordinance of the governing body of a city or town to provide one (1) or more of the services authorized to be provided by the municipal governments.Acts 1995, No. 1090, § 2.
