Section 14-95-103 - Area served

(a) An urban service district may include all or any part of the jurisdictional areas of a municipality.(b) Two (2) or more cities, or one (1) or more cities and one (1) or more towns, may create a joint service district through an interlocal agreement.Acts 1995, No. 1090, § 2.
